Erwin Nugraha is a human geographer working at the intersection of climate change and global urban studies. He holds a PhD from Durham University in the United Kingdom. His research has been published in leading international peer-reviewed journals, including Cities, Climate Policy, Disaster Prevention and Management, Environmental Science and Policy, and Environment and Urbanization. He is the co-editor of Overlooked Cities: Power, Politics and Knowledge Beyond the Urban South. He was awarded the Allianz Climate Risk Research Award.
